In partnership with our sister organization, the Texas Energy & Climate Caucus, we have compiled a comprehensive report on topics assigned to committees working on energy, environment and/or climate in the Texas Legislature. These “interim charges” focus on critical energy, environment, and infrastructure issues. The charges are directives from the House Speaker and Lieutenant Governor for committees to study during the interim for the purpose of providing policy recommendations before the next Legislative Session.
Our Energy Policy Advisory Council Members are providing expert testimony on these topics at ongoing hearings. At PowerHouse Texas, we play a pivotal role in combating misinformation and bridging the gap between science and policymaking. We are
proud to share this report in service of our mission, empowering the Legislature and stakeholders with accurate and actionable information.
