Tour Energy Innovations Across the State
The Texas Energy Tour is a statewide initiative to provide bipartisan policymakers and legislative staff with a unique opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of challenges and opportunities facing energy communities while exploring the latest clean energy technologies and energy innovations across Texas. The tour is co-hosted by PowerHouse Texas and our sister organization, the Texas Energy & Climate Caucus. Select experts from our Energy Policy Advisory Council will also join the tour.

- Boat tour of the Houston Ship Channel: The tour visited one of the busiest seaports in the world to learn about the future of clean fuels and port electrification.
- Energy Communities Tour: Air Alliance Houston and local residents shared stories and insights.
- Tour NET Power’s Demonstration Site: Game changing technology that uses natural gas and oxygen to fuel a supercritical CO₂ cycle that generates electricity, while also capturing CO₂.
